By accessing or using the Pure Expertz platform, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services

Pure Expertz provides educational programs, consultancy frameworks, and business networking services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Independent Consultant Program

Participation in the IC Program requires execution of a separate Independent Consultant Agreement. The monthly license fee of $297 is non-refundable except as specifically stated in the IC Agreement. The 90-day money-back guarantee applies specifically to the Three-Day Webinar event as described on the Academy page.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, curricula, and materials provided by Pure Expertz are proprietary. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pure Expertz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Income figures shared are examples and not guarantees of results.
